Refund Policy

GFC ATHLETE Refund Policy

1. Overview

At GFCAthlete, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Whether you’ve ordered merchandise or joined one of our coaching programs, we aim to deliver quality and value. This policy explains how refunds and returns work for both physical and digital products.

2. Merchandise Returns

If you’re not fully happy with your merchandise, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags attached.

  • Proof of purchase (e.g., order number or confirmation email) must be provided.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Customised or personalised products​

 

3. Return Process

  1. Email GFC_Coaching@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions and the return address.

  3. Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund or exchange status.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we can’t guarantee refunds for lost returns.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Digital Products, Programs & Coaching Services

Due to the nature of digital programs, downloads, and personalised coaching, these products are non-refundable once accessed, delivered, or started.
If you believe a technical or billing error has occurred, please contact us at info@gfcathlete.com — we’ll review your case and resolve it promptly.

6. Subscription Cancellations

If you have an ongoing coaching or membership subscription, you may cancel at any time by going onto the Fitr website, "Manage your subscription" and cancel before your next billing date.
Cancellations will stop future payments but do not automatically trigger refunds for past billing periods or services already provided.

7. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the funds.
