GFC ATHLETE Shipping Policy

At GFC Athlete, we aim to deliver your merchandise quickly, safely, and efficiently. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle orders, processing times, delivery methods, and related information for all merchandise purchased through our website.

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, followed by a shipping notification when your order has been dispatched.

During peak seasons, product launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer — we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.​
3. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We currently ship to UK addresses and selected international locations.
Estimated delivery times:

UK Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch

UK Express Shipping (if available): 1–3 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control (e.g., postal delays, customs inspections, or carrier issues).

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected delivery method, and order weight. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly displayed on our site.

5. International Orders and Customs
For orders shipped outside the UK, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. GFC has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.

6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery in real time. If tracking information is not available for your chosen shipping method, we’ll notify you at checkout.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders
If your order is lost or delayed, please contact us at GFC_Coaching@outlook.com and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
If items arrive damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

8. Pre-Orders and Backorders
If an item is on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, estimated shipping dates will be listed on the product page. We’ll notify you by email if there are any significant changes to your order’s expected delivery date.
